As an Automotive Service BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring following up with potential customer leads received via our Service Customer Relations Management tool. Outstanding customer service, organization, follow-through are required.
Following and maintaining relationship with former customers
Minimum outbound call requirement
Monitoring and contacting Service customers
Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening
Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
Other duties as required

The ideal BDC Representative will also have:
High school diploma or GED
Proven track record in customer service and/or sales; BDC/internet automotive experience is preferred, but not required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
Strong-tasking and organization skills
Basic computer proficiency
Verifiable work history
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong English skills
