Support Specialist - $12/hr 4+ month Contract

Typical Day to Day:

Answer calls and assist employees with password resets and issues with their HR/on-boarding systems.

Job Description:

  • Provide support to employees regarding password resets and general system issues
  • Troubleshoot low level technical issues and escalate if unable to resolve
  • Log calls and issue details

    Education and Experience:

    • Previous customer service experience a plus
    • Previous call center experience a plus
